Church Prayer Night:
Join us tonight for our quarterly prayer night. We will take a few minutes to gather and then will break up into 4 prayer circles. Each circle will spend some time praying for a specific topic. The purpose of this time is to simply gather and pray, therefore there will be no worship or teaching, the Grille will be closed, and we will not be offering Calvary Kids. This will be a powerful time seeking the Lord together as a group of believers. We hope you will join us. More information on out website.
Whole Hearted Work Meet Up:
Have you longed for Christian community within your vocation or field of work? To link arms and hearts with other believers who are doing the same or similar work you are and to share struggles and encourage one another towards a Godly perspective of your work? If so, we would love to invite you to join us this Wednesday for a special event we are calling the Whole-Hearted Work Meetup. You will have the opportunity to meet other believers in our church who work in your same industry. Our desire is that you’d make connections and relationships that you can look to for prayer, encouragement, and solidarity as you navigate your work. Don’t count yourself out if you’re retired or a stay-at-home parent, there will be groups for you too! Childcare will be available for those who register their children as well. Growth Night – Fundraiser:
Join us for our next Growth Night on Sunday, June 5th. Growth Nights are a monthly teaching series, on the first Sunday of the month, where we dive deeper into church-wide fellowship and intentional spiritual development. Pastor Nate and his wife Christina are teaching through a series for the men and women called Jesus Famous Men and Women. In each teaching, we consider God's intention for us as men and women and then fast forward to his refreshed intention for us as seen through the person of Jesus Christ. Growth Nights are for the entire family with activities for Middle School students and Calvary Kids Club for children ages 1 through 5th grade. Mark your calendars and join us! Dinner will be available for purchase on the patio starting at 4:30pm, with worship starting at 5:30pm. This month the Youth Ministry will be providing a burger or hot dog meal for $8.00 per plate to raise money for their "Summer of Service". The youth have a busy summer with camps, service projects, and a mission’s trip and are looking to raise money for scholarships. Come on out and support the Youth Ministry and enjoy a great meal, and be sure to stay late for root beer floats. Visit our website for more information.
