Growth Night:
We have a special Growth Night coming up on August 7th! Pastor Riley will be leading us in a Night of Worship. We will stay together in the Main Sanctuary and spend the evening worshiping the Lord together. We pray it will be a time of refreshment as we prepare ourselves for the fall. Calvary Kids Club will be available for children 1-year-old to 5th grade, as well as Middle School meeting in the Youth Room. Dinner will be available for purchase on the patio from 4:30pm to 5:25pm, with worship starting at 5:30pm. This month the Grille will be serving tacos for dinner. There will be games before and free dessert after. Register your children today for the Calvary Kids Club and find out more information on our website.
Life Groups:
It’s one thing to attend a Life Group, and it’s another thing to lead or host a Life Group. There is great joy that comes with the privilege of facilitating a group of fellow believers in their spiritual growth! Ephesians 4 speaks of how God gave gifts to His church through the people He equipped for service in ministry. This calling is a powerful one, drawing the saints into the work and blessing God has for them in the church. We are confident that God is raising up more leaders and hosts, showing you how He wants to use you in the Life Groups Ministry at Calvary. If you believe God wants you to be a gift to the church as a Life Group leader or host, or if you’re interested in joining the Leadership Life Group to receive additional training, please plan to attend the Leader & Host Interest Meeting next week Sunday July 31st after each service in the Welcome Center. We are looking for leaders for onsite groups, family groups, virtual groups, and young adults’ groups. Visit our website for more information.
Thank you from the Youth Ministry:
Our Youth Ministry had a wonderful Summer and they wanted to say thank you to all of those who donated or prayed for their Summer Camp and Missions Trip. The funds donated helped 67 Middle School students go to camp and 13 students go on the mission’s trip. What a blessing! Thank you for your prayers and your support. The Youth Ministry put together a recap video that we would love to share with you. Enjoy!
