Calvary Kids Volunteers Needed:
We are so excited to see how God has been growing our Calvary Kids ministry over the past few months. In Calvary Kids, our passion is to share with kids the gospel so that they can follow Jesus and discover His great plan for their lives. This work continues to be so important as our kids face new and unique challenges in our day. But we get the amazing privilege every week of partnering with parents in raising the next generation of Jesus followers. We would like to invite you to join our Calvary Kids team as we need volunteers. If you have been thinking about volunteering and have been waiting to jump in somewhere, now would be a great time to join our Calvary Kids team and make a difference in the lives of these kids for time and eternity. Women’s Conference:
Save the Date – Our 2022 Women’s Conference will be Friday night, October 14th & Saturday morning, October 15th. Our theme will be “Saying Yes to Kingdom Living”, based out of Matthew 5-7. We are so excited to be welcoming our special guest, Sharon Thomas, from Virginia. Sharon leads a ministry called “Established Footsteps”, which exists to come alongside women to cheer them on to love the Word of God, and to establish their daily life steps in its Truth. Parenting Conference:
We will be hosting a two-day parenting conference called “Intentional Parenting” this coming weekend. We will be watching the Intentional Parenting film series presented by Phil and Diane Comer, followed by Q&A times with some of our pastors and their wives. We love this next generation and that is why we want to come alongside you, parents, as you raise sons and daughters who love God with all their heart and who will follow Jesus all the days of their life. Prayer Night:
Join us tonight for a Prayer Night. We will be meeting at 6pm in the Main Sanctuary to spend the evening praying for our church family and our community. The purpose of this time is to simply gather and pray, therefore there will be no worship or teaching, the Grille will be closed, and we will not be offering Calvary Kids. This will be a powerful time seeking the Lord together as a group of believers. We hope you will join us.
