Life Groups:
One of the greatest commands Jesus gives His followers is to make disciples. To do this well, we commit to God's Word and His ways with one another. This pursuit of discipleship is especially relevant in the midst of life's dynamic rhythms. We are praying now for new Life Group Leaders and Hosts who have the heart to help others grow in their faith. Some future leaders and hosts are ready to jump in and start leading or hosting right away. For others, you may be interested in joining the Leadership Life Group. The Leadership Life Group is one that gathers as a traditional Life Group but with additional leadership development components. The Leadership Life Group is a great next step for anyone considering a deeper commitment to serving God in the Life Groups ministry. Today is our Leader & Host Interest Meeting, so whether you're ready to venture out on your own or want to join the Leadership Life Group, go to the Welcome Center after service to learn more. We would love to talk to you more about it!
Women’s Gathering:
Ladies, mark your calendars and plan on joining up for our first Women’s Gathering of 2023 on Saturday, February 18th. Women’s Gatherings are free with breakfast available for $7. Breakfast and check-in will begin at 9am with worship starting at 10am in the Main Sanctuary, with an outside viewing option available for those who would prefer sitting outside. Women’s Gatherings are a great opportunity for women to connect with one another and be encouraged in their love for Jesus. Youth Winter Camp Scholarships:
Our High School and Middle School students are heading off to winter camp next month! Camp is a powerful time for students to get away and spend a weekend filled with worship, Biblical teachings, and Christian fellowship. These weekends provide a unique opportunity for students to deepen their walk with God, hear from Him in fresh ways, be challenged, encouraged, and have friendships deepen. Camps do have a larger cost, $295 for Middle School and $350 for High School, and we need help in sending kids who are not able to afford these trips. If you would like to help in supporting a student go, please consider donating to the scholarship fund. Donations can be made on our website, select “Camp Scholarship” in the drop-down menu, or in the boxes in the back of the Sanctuary, write on the envelope or memo line “Camp Scholarship.” Thanks for supporting our students!
